Our hospital has been serving since 2003.

There are 390 registered beds in our hospital.

There are "Baby Care and Breastfeeding" rooms in the polyclinics.

In addition, we have a diet polyclinic and a psychologist in our unit.

  • Our dialysis unit; between 08:30 - 22:00 every day except Sunday (at Faculty Unit).
  • Our chemotherapy unit; every weekday between 08:30 - 16:00 (at Faculty Unit).
  •  Our Nuclear Medicine unit; every weekday between 08:30 - 16:30 (at Faculty Unit).
  •  Our endoscopy unit; every weekday between 08:30 - 16:30 (at Faculty Unit).
  • Our bronchoscopy unit; every weekday between 08:30 - 16:30  (at Faculty Unit).
  • Our audiometry unit; every weekday between 08:30 - 16:30  (at Faculty Unit).
  • Electrocardiography (ECG), Pulmonary Function Test, electroencephalography (EEG) – electromyography (EMG), Echocardiography, Exercise ECG; every weekday between 08:30 - 16:30 hours  (at Faculty Unit).
  • Our diet outpatient clinic; It serves every weekday between 08:30 - 16:30  (at Faculty Unit).

OUR PATIENTS TO BE EXAMINED;

  • There are patient registration desks in the main corridors/banks of the outpatient clinic for our patients who apply to our hospital. In this unit, sufficient number of personnel are on duty to carry out your registration and appointment processes.

    In all our units; Entrance can be obtained from the polyclinic you want to be examined and from the Patient Admission counters in the main corridors of the polyclinic.

    • Elderly and disabled patients, please contact the counseling unit for help.

    • If you are applying to our center for the first time, you can register by selecting your physician from the patient registration unit.

    • TR identification number, patient and identity verification are performed in patient admission and in all other procedures.

    • After your information is received and you are logged into the computer system, you will be directed to the relevant department by our Patient Reception and Orientation staff.

    • Smoking is prohibited in our hospital.

    • For all your questions and problems regarding the operation and order of our hospital; You can apply to the PATIENT RIGHTS DEPARTMENT.

  • PATIENT RIGHTS UNIT Patient Rights is one of the fundamental rights and freedoms of patients and their relatives within the framework of human rights specified in the constitution. Benefiting from the service in general within the framework of the treatment services of the Ministry of Health represents the right. The purpose of Patient Rights is to increase the quality of life of individuals in the field of health and to secure their health.
  • The main responsibilities of the Patient Communication Unit are;
  • ·• Assisting disabled patients in their examination and treatment in the hospital.
  • ·• To establish a network of relations between the patient and the health personnel.
  • ·• Conducting surveys to measure patient satisfaction.
  • ·• To assist in-service training and public health education activities prepared by the patient rights central unit.
  • ·• To work at the local level for the development of patient rights practices.
  • The Patient Communication Unit provides service between 08:00 - 17:00 every weekday.
  • There are masjids in our hospital for the fulfillment of religious obligations. The qibla direction is determined in the rooms.
  • The hospital management provides the necessary guidance to our patients who request for different religious obligations.
  • Funeral services are provided free of charge by the Bolu Municipality.

SOCIAL WORK UNIT

It was established to benefit all patients in need of social service intervention, primarily the disabled, orphans, poor, insecure, elderly, refugees, victims of domestic violence and abuse, and patients coming from outside the province. of this unit

The aim is to make arrangements for standardizing, activating, disseminating and developing medical social practices in order to solve the psycho-social and socio-economic problems of the patients in a timely manner during the treatment process.

The Social Service Unit provides service between 08:00 - 17:00 every weekday.

PATIENT CARE SERVICES

To our patients who receive inpatient treatment in our wards; The "Patient Service Package", which includes personal care materials, is given on the day of admission. Hospital promotion and public spots can be watched in closed circuit system from the televisions in our patient rooms.

OUR SECURITY POLICY

It is recommended that you do not bring your valuables when you come for hospitalization, and that you have your valuables with you in your companion.

Keep your belongings in the lockers in your room.

Do not leave valuables in your car in the parking lot of our hospital, make sure that your doors and windows are closed and locked.

If any of your belongings is lost/stolen or you find an unclaimed item, you must notify the relevant unit manager.

Do not give the prescription written in your name to anyone other than the service officials.

When you see a suspicious situation or person, notify the relevant unit responsible.

WHO WILL BE INFORMED ABOUT THE HEALTH OF YOUR PATIENT?

If the patient is an adult and conscious; information is given to him or his first degree relative.

If the patient is unconscious; First degree relatives are informed.

If the patient is a child; parents are informed.

Due to information security and patient privacy, no information about the patient is given to third parties.

 

WHICH PATIENTS SHOULD NOT VISIT?

Patients who are inconvenient to visit by their doctor should not be visited.

Visitor hours have been determined in our Intensive Care Units and permission is granted in accordance with the unit's operation.

 

 

WHO SHOULD NOT VISIT PATIENTS?

Children under the age of 10 to visit the patient,

Patients with complaints such as fever, cough, sneezing and sputum production and a known infectious disease,

patients with any chronic disease.

 

WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS TO BE CONSIDERED AT THE PATIENT VISIT?

In cases that may cause inconvenience for the patient, the visit is subject to the permission of the doctor, do not insist.

Do not keep your patient visit longer than 30 minutes so that your patient and other patients are not disturbed.

It is forbidden to bring food and drink from outside to the patients.

Flowers are not allowed in patient rooms due to the risk of infection.

Do not sit on patient beds and do not use the patient's belongings.

For the health of the patients, do not smoke in the hospital and do not speak loudly.

Wash your hands before and after the visit. You can use bedside hand disinfectants in patient rooms.

 

RULES THAT PATIENT ACCOMPANYING SHOULD FOLLOW

Whether the patient needs to be accompanied is determined by the patient's doctor.

The companion should not be in the patient's room during the medical care and visit.

The companion continues to care for the patient to the extent permitted.

Companion changes can be made during visiting hours. Apart from this, the companion cannot be changed during the day.

Accompanying persons are obliged to carry the identity card issued by the institution.

Companions must show their accompanying card at meal times.

Companions are responsible for taking care of their patients and complying with the institutional discipline in line with the instructions of the doctors. Visiting hours are between 08.00 - 09.30 in the morning and between 15.30 - 17.00 in the afternoon.

Inpatients and attendants in all rooms are also obliged to comply with the provisions specified.

The companion must comply with the hospital rules.

 

OUR TRAININGS

Regular in-service training in our hospital has gained a great momentum with quality studies. In our hospital, trainings are carried out under four headings.

The objectives of our quality management unit are; The services provided in our hospital are carried out within the framework of the Health Quality Standards (SKS) and the General Directorate of Public Hospitals Efficiency and Quality Practices Department criteria, increasing the satisfaction of patients and employees, working in a quality, safe, efficient, harmonious, team understanding, ensuring development and continuity, and improvement activities.

 

INFECTION CONTROL COMMITTEE

Infection Control Committee of our hospital; It works to prevent and control infectious diseases related to health services in inpatient treatment institutions, to identify problems related to the subject, to organize and carry out activities for solution and to convey the decisions to be taken at the level of inpatient treatment institutions to the necessary authorities.

 

PATIENT AND EMPLOYEE SAFETY

Patient Safety; It is all of the measures taken by health institutions and employees in these institutions in order to prevent any harm that may be given to individuals in health care services.

Employee Safety; It is to protect hospital employees against the dangers and occupational risks they encounter at work, to record them, if any, and to follow up after exposure.

Patient and Employee Safety studies; It is carried out in accordance with the instructions of the Ministry of Health. In our hospital, efforts are made to reduce dangerous and risky situations for patients, their relatives and employees, to prevent accidents and injuries, and to provide a safe facility environment.

 

CODE APPLICATIONS

White Code (1111); It is an emergency management tool that aims to prevent violence in hospitals.

Code Blue (2222); It is a monochrome code where the same color is used for the same emergency situation all over the world. It is an emergency management tool that enables patients, relatives and all hospital personnel who need emergency medical attention to be intervened as soon as possible.

Code Pink (3333); It is an emergency management tool applied in case of detection of an attempt or abduction of an infant or child patient in the hospital.

Code Red (4444); Fire, explosion, etc. It is an emergency management tool applied in emergencies.

INDOOR PATIENT INFORMATION FORM

Dear Patient;

1. Please inform your doctor and nurse about the medications you use regularly. Do not use drugs other than your treatment without their knowledge.

2. You can bring pajamas, underwear, towels, cutlery and spoons with you and put them in the cupboard and shelf in your room.

3. Please do not remove the wristband from your arm as we use it for control purposes during the procedures to be performed during your treatment.

4. Please do not change your bed without informing the doctors and nurses.

5. Do not leave more than necessary money and valuables in your room or with you.

6. Never smoke inside the hospital.

7. In case of emergency, you can use the call system located at the bedside and in the bathrooms.

8. Yogurt, juice, etc. You can put cold drinks in the refrigerators in your room.

9. You can send us your wishes and complaints about our hospital by using the comments and suggestions boxes on the floors.

10. It is inconvenient for your health to have live flowers in your room.

11. Make sure that your visitors do not sit on the beds.

13. Visitors are not accepted to our hospital outside visiting hours.

14. Relatives of patients who have patients in the operating room are informed on the screen in the waiting room.

15. Visiting is prohibited for the health of children under the age of 10.

16. Food should not be brought from outside without the permission of your doctor and nurse.

17. Make sure that you do not leave your belongings in our hospital when you are discharged.
